After completing an interior renovation with Minted in 2019 the owners of this beachfront property then commissioned Tess to design their landscape with spaces to entertain, relaxed and house overnight guests. Minted worked with James Groom Building to transform their house exterior and landscape from a 1980’s drab and dated dusty yard to a chic beach resort property, including landscaping, pool, pool cabana and Pool House.
