Minted Elevated Living began in 2014 using a remote business model to serve regional people all over Australia. Over the years our service offering has progressively developed to solve design and supply problems for your renovation and new build projects, no matter where you live.
Our team are born and bred regional people who know how to design for regional locations, making the most of your specific site location with beautiful and functional design.
We have industry leading design and visualisation skills to capture your proposed ideal home or business, allowing you to make informed choices prior to placing product and material orders. Unlike most design services, we also have a strong network of reliable, high quality, bespoke suppliers who commit to meeting delivery deadlines to regional locations and offer exceptional customer service.
Our efficient processes and reliable suppliers ensure your project remains on track to meet your desired timeframe, while you have access to the customer service needed to make your experience smooth and enjoyable.
The Minted Elevated Living studio is based in Geraldton, WA and our team regularly travels to Perth, the Wheatbelt, Southwest, Great Southern and interstate to visit clients.
TESS BEAGLEY | FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Minted Founder, Director and Head Designer Tess Beagley, grew up in the wheatbelt of Western Australia. After a decade of work experience in PR and branding in London and Perth, Tess re-qualified in Design and used her corporate skills, combined with her creative passion to launch and grow Minted Elevated Living.
Tess was awarded a national Inspiring Rare Birds business award, connecting her with a community of other highly successful female entrepreneurs, architects, landscape and trade suppliers worldwide. This network of contacts provides global design forecasting trends, as well as invaluable leads on unique material and product sourcing for our clients.
Tess’ portfolio ranges from simple styling projects to furniture fit-outs, full-scale renovations, start to finish new-build and landscape projects including architectural builds and commercial projects. Her PR degree and brand knowledge provides a strong basis for Minted commercial projects, with a focus on customer experience through visual and experience based interior and exterior design.
Tess’s appreciation for living with an indoor-outdoor connection to achieve personal lifestyle goals comes from spending her childhood in the Wheatbelt and South-West of regional Australia. She is passionate about regional living and contributing to the communities Minted serves, forming her company around solving design problems for those who value their incredible regional lifestyles.
INDI SMITH | DESIGN ACCOUNT MANAGER
Indi is a design powerhouse, with a Visual Arts background, she brings savvy eye to our projects. She is exceptionally skilled at working with clients to capture the essence of a project brief, breathing life into it with her innate sense of style direction and eye for detail.
Indi has been artistic from a young age. She completed ATAR Art before completing a diploma in Visual Arts. She has a passion for anything creative and revels in design and style. She creates wall hangings from natural materials from our local coastal environments in her spare time.

KAYLEY SORENSEN | DESIGN COORDINATOR
Kayley is an incredible people person with exceptional customer service and relationship skills. She has a commercial background and applies this experience with diligence, to execute thorough and professional design documentation for our projects, problem solving client design dilemmas along the way.
She knows just how to design prioritising functionality and style, in regional locations. She is a born and bred Coorow girl and has spent most of her life in Mid-West WA. She has an affinity with regional living, understands regional lifestyle goals and is exceptionally skilled at integrating practical design solutions, into beautiful, location relevant styles.
